Working at MMP
We really like working here and we think you will too.
Open and transparent – staff have access to team and company financial info, teams are totally open with each other. You are encouraged to know what other guys are doing. Warts and all, good stuff and bad staff, the truth will set you free.
Honest and direct – we have worked in big corporates and know the downside. And we don’t want that here. We tell it like it is. Staff just focus on what they have to do and get it done.
One team – we are all in this together to create the best magazines, websites and newspapers in the market. We love great publications, top writing and outstanding design.
The fastest growing media company in Melbourne – we operate across multiple platforms, including glossy mags, websites and newspapers.
Supportive – we accept we might get the odd thing wrong, but we will back you.
Autonomous – make the call and back yourself in, that’s why you are in the position.
Committed to rewarding performance – all staff rewards are linked to performance, and we set goals in partnership with our people.
Great offices that are well located – close to public transport and parking.
Market competitive salaries – with great commission schemes, salary sacrificing, and mobile phone and car allowances if you use them.
Staff benefits – access to extra leave on top of four weeks annual leave, eight weeks paid maternity leave from MMP in addition to government paid parental leave. New dads get one week of full paid leave automatically and can access another 5 weeks.
Rules we live by:
A decision is better than no decision.
Focus on the client.
Embrace it and run with it.
Nimbleness and speed are our advantage.
